On 9 July 2025, PT Chandra Daya Investasi Tbk (CDI Group) officially listed its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) under the ticker code “CDIA.” Strong market interest was reflected in an oversubscription rate of 563.64 times during the offering period, which spanned from the bookbuilding phase (19–24 June 2025) to the public offering (2–7 July 2025). The IPO raised IDR 2.37 trillion through the issuance of 12,482,937,500 new shares at a price of IDR 190 per share.
Proceeds from the IPO will be used to strengthen CDI Group’s subsidiary business lines, particularly in logistics, port operations, and storage. As a subsidiary of PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk and Thailand’s EGCO Group, CDI Group is committed to becoming an integrated infrastructure solutions provider in Southeast Asia.
