On 21 April 2025, CDI Group, together with PT Buana Primatama Niaga (BPN), completed the acquisition of 100% of PT Barito Investa Prima (BIP) — totaling 20,400 shares — from PT Barito Pacific Tbk and PT Griya Idola for IDR 90.0 billion.
The acquisition is intended to strengthen CDI Group’s land logistics and infrastructure portfolio. BIP, which operates in the warehousing and storage sector, will complement CDI Group’s integrated logistics platform. This strategic move expands CDI Group’s service capacity, enhances value chain integration, and reinforces the Company’s long-term sustainable growth strategy.
