Andre Khor Kah Hin

Malaysian citizen. Born in 1981. Served as Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since July 2019. Andre was a Shell Scholar who earned his First Class Honours Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting and Management from the University of Nottingham, UK. He was awarded a Masters in Finance with Distinction from London Business School. Andre currently leads the accounting, tax, financial planning, risk management, IT, Digital Transformation, process excellence, investor relations, corporate finance, and treasury functions of Chandra Asri. Andre is experienced in leading large multinational and global finance teams, in businesses and functions of significant scale and complexity, with a solid track record of achieving transformational results. Prior to joining the Company in 2018 as VP Finance, he held various senior leadership roles in Shell from 2003 to 2016, and in Golden Agri Resources from 2016 to 2018. Andre is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT), UK.
